This registration is for FOOTBALL players summer strength and conditioning, practice, fall practice gear, and the 2018 season Touchdown Club. Please register for the grade going into for the 2018/2019 school year.
Strength training will be provided by ETS Elite Sports Performance with 1 hour of speed & agility training on the turf followed by 1 hour of weightlifting.
Please note that if you are multi-sport athlete at LNHS you only have to register for summer strength and conditioning once!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

* If you are a current member and already training with ETS Elite Sports Performance the training fee ($150.00) is waived.
There is an additional fee of $45.00 for gear (tshirt & shorts) and district fees.
